Start from the center of Saranda near the promenade (Shëtitorja) where you can find local shops and restaurants. Head east along the promenade towards the main road (Rruga Mitat Hoxha). As you walk, enjoy the beautiful sea views. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rruga Jonianet. Turn left onto Rruga Jonianet and follow it until you reach the bus station (Stacioni i Autobusëve) on your right. From here, you can take a local bus or a shared taxi towards Kalaja e Lëkurësit. The bus stop will be marked with a sign. Inform the driver that you want to go to Kalaja e Lëkurësit. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes, and you will be dropped off at the foot of the hill where the castle is located. After getting off the bus, hike up the path leading to the castle, which is well marked and takes about 15 minutes.
