Initially interpreted as a military structure, recent studies indicate that Vila Antike e Çukë was likely a fortified farm, possibly owned by a wealthy citizen, serving an economic rather than a defensive function. The location offers sweeping views of the Ionian Sea, making it a scenic spot for photography and a peaceful escape.Traces of embrasures indicate that lighting was provided through them, while nine ascending steps lead to the second floor of the house, which must have been organized in the same way as the first floor. The beginnings of life on Çuka hill date back to the early Bronze Age. Its construction as an ancient dwelling testifies to its importance as an important settlement.
