Public Transport
From Sarandë, head to the main bus station (Autostacioni i Sarandës). Board a bus heading towards the northern areas of Sarandë. Inform the driver that you wish to stop at Shpella e Milotit. The bus ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes. From Konispol, you may need to hire a local taxi to take you directly to the cave. The taxi should cost around 500-700 ALL. A bus ticket from Saranda to Butrint costs 200 LEK.
Car
From Sarandë city center, head south on 'Rruga Skënderbeu' toward 'Rruga Butrinti'. Follow the signs to 'Saranda' and 'Butrint National Park'. After approximately 10 km, take a left onto 'Rruga e Plazhit' which leads to the coastal area. Continue driving towards the beach area until you see signs for 'Shpella e Milotit'. The cave is accessible via a short walk from the parking area. Ensure to keep an eye out for any road signs.
Walking
If you are near the beach area, walk towards the coastline and follow any visible paths leading to the cave. The walk offers beautiful views but may take around 30-45 minutes depending on your pace.
