Local buses and minibuses connect Sarandë to nearby destinations like Butrint and Ksamil. The bus station is located near Friendship Park (Parku Miqësia) and the Synagogue Ruins. A one-way ticket to Butrint costs around 150 lek. Buses to Tirana depart from the same area, with tickets costing approximately 1500 lekë.
