Originally constructed as a nuclear bunker for the Ministry of Internal Affairs during the communist era, it has been transformed into a museum documenting the history of political persecution and the role of the secret police, the Sigurimi. The museum comprises 24 rooms within a 1,000-square-meter underground space, featuring reinforced concrete walls.
