From Sheshi Liria (main square) in the center of Durrës, walk down Rruga Taulantia towards the beach promenade (Shëtitorja). Continue until you reach the main coastal promenade, then follow it until you see signs for Shëtitorja Vollga. The park is easily noticeable.

Take a local bus in Durrës that heads towards the seaside. Ask locals for the nearest stop servicing the beach area. From the bus stop, walk towards the coastal promenade and follow it to Shëtitorja Vollga. A single bus fare costs approximately 40 lek (€0.32).
Taxi
