The Cloud is centrally located near Skanderbeg Square, making it easily accessible on foot. From Skanderbeg Square, walk towards the National Arts Gallery; The Cloud is situated in front of it. No costs involved.

Tirana's bus network provides access to the city center. Look for buses that go to Qender (Center) or Skanderbeg Square. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to The Cloud. A single bus fare is 40 Lek.

The structure resembles a giant, ethereal cloud, constructed from a delicate network of white steel bars. Visitors are encouraged to interact with the artwork, climbing on top or finding a seat underneath, offering a unique perspective of the city. The Cloud serves as a modern art space, hosting various cultural events and exhibitions, making it a vibrant hub for both locals and tourists. At 350 square meters, the semi-transparent canopy provides shelter while allowing visitors to remain connected to the surrounding landscape. The Cloud has become a symbol of Tirana's evolving identity, blending modern innovation with the city's rich heritage. It offers panoramic views of Tirana, showcasing the city's blend of historical and modern architecture. During the warm summer evenings, The Cloud transforms into an atmospheric stage for musicians and theater performances. The pavilion is intended as a free social space and therefore Fujimoto has described it as a transparent ground, a delicate structure, three-dimensional and each unit is made up of steel rods.
