From Skanderbeg Square in the center of Tirana, head northwest on Rruga Vllaznim Shkodra, passing the National History Museum. From Skanderbeg Square, take bus line 7 towards the lake area. Inform the driver you want to get off at 'Liqeni i Tiranës' (Lake Tirana).
