Walking
From Skanderbeg Square in the center of Tirana, head northwest on Rruga Vllaznim Shkodra, passing the National History Museum. Continue to Rruga Ismail Qemali, turn right, and proceed to the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Rruga Nikolla Tupe, following it until you see the park area. Keep left at the fork, leading towards the lake area. The walk takes approximately 20-30 minutes.
Public Transport
From Skanderbeg Square, take bus line 7 towards the lake area. Inform the driver you want to get off at 'Liqeni i Tiranës' (Lake Tirana). From the bus stop, follow the path towards the lake, watching for signs to Lake View Point. The walk from the bus stop to the viewpoint is about 10-15 minutes. A bus ticket costs 40 lek.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Tirana. An average taxi ride within the city should not cost more than 500 lek. It's best to agree on the price with the driver before starting the ride. From the city center, the taxi ride to Lake View Point typically takes around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.
