Car
If traveling by car from Tirana, take the road towards Shëngjergj. The journey typically takes about one hour, passing through Farkë, Surrel, and Shkallë. Upon reaching the area, park near Restorant Ujvara Shëngjergj. Parking is free and readily available. From the parking area, the trailhead to the waterfall is near a bridge adjacent to the restaurant. The hike to the waterfall is relatively easy, covering approximately 1.5 kilometers and can be completed in about 20 minutes. The path is marked with red and white signs.
Public Transport
To reach Ujëvara e Shën Gjergjit by public transport from Tirana, take the 15A bus to Kino Studio for 40 lek. Then, transfer to a van heading to Shëngjergj for an additional 200 lek one way. Buses leave at 7 AM, 10 AM, 2 PM, and 4 PM in both directions. From the village of Shëngjergj, follow the marked trail to the waterfall, which is an easy, 20-minute hike.
