The journey takes around 40-45 minutes and costs approximately 200 LEK. The bus passes through Ksamil before arriving at Butrint. Get off at the Hotel Livia bus stop, near the entrance to Butrint National Park.

    From Ksamil, a taxi to Butrint costs around 700-1500 LEK. The journey takes approximately 10 minutes. Negotiate the price before starting the ride. From Saranda, a taxi to Butrint will cost around 3000-5000 LEK. It is advisable to negotiate a return trip with the driver.

  • Car

    From Ksamil, drive south on the SH81 road towards Butrint. The journey is approximately 4 km and takes around 15 minutes. There is a large parking lot near the entrance to Butrint National Park. Parking is free. From Saranda, follow the coastal road south towards Ksamil and then Butrint. The drive is approximately 17 km and takes around 30 minutes.
