Start from the city center of Vlorë, which is usually around the main square, Sheshi i Flamurit. Head southeast towards the waterfront along Rruga Ismail Qemali. Continue straight until you reach the coast and Sheshi i Flamurit will be directly in front of you, featuring the impressive Independence Monument.

If you are near the Vlorë Bus Station, take any bus heading towards the city center. Inform the driver you want to get off at Sheshi i Flamurit. The bus ride should take about 10-15 minutes. Once you get off, walk towards the coast and you will see the Independence Monument in the square.

Once you reach the coast, turn left and cycle along the promenade.
