Walking
From the Ketchaoua Mosque in the Casbah, walk along Rue Aoua Abdelkader. Dar Mustapha Pacha will be on your right, a short distance away. The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes. Be prepared for some uphill walking on uneven surfaces.
Public Transport
From Place de Martyrs, take bus number 100 towards the airport. Get off at the 'Kasbah' stop. From there, walk towards Rue Aoua Abdelkader, which is about a 10-minute walk. Dar Mustapha Pacha will be on your left as you approach the Casbah. A single bus fare is approximately DZD 50.
Taxi
From the city center, a taxi to Dar Mustapha Pacha will take approximately 10 minutes. Agree on a fare with the driver before starting your journey. A typical fare should be around DZD 290, but negotiate beforehand.
