If you are starting from the Bab El Oued beach area, head inland towards Rue des Frères Menaouer. Walk along this street for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Rue de la République. Turn left onto Rue de la République and continue straight. You should see the Three clocks (Q3R2+CP5) on your right, approximately 5 minutes from the intersection.
