Walking
Start at the central square of Constantine, Place des Martyrs. From the square, head southeast towards Rue des Frères Menaï. Walk straight for about 400 meters until you reach the intersection with Rue de l’Indépendance. Turn right onto Rue de l’Indépendance and continue walking for about 300 meters. You will pass by several local shops and cafes. At the next major intersection, turn left onto Boulevard de l’Emir Abdelkader. Continue on this road for about 600 meters until you reach the Monument. It will be on your left, easily recognizable by its impressive structure.
