Severan Temple Travel Guide

The Severan Temple, also known as the Temple of the Severan Family, is a prominent landmark within the ancient Roman city of Cuicul, now Djemila. Constructed in the early 3rd century AD, the temple was dedicated by Alexander Severus in 229 CE to the Gens Septimia, the dynasty of the Severan emperors.
