From the Place de la Brèche in central Constantine, walk northeast towards the bridge. Follow the main road, Avenue Aissa Messouad, for approximately 15 minutes. The bridge will be clearly visible as you approach the Rhumel River gorge. There are no costs associated with walking to the bridge.

Take the Constantine Tramway to the '19 Mai 1956' station. From there, walk east along Avenue Aissa Messouad for about 5 minutes to reach the Bab El Kantra Bridge. A single tram fare costs approximately 27 DZD. The tram is a convenient option from various points in the city.
