From Tlemcen, head to the main bus station (Gare Routière de Tlemcen) near Place de la République. Take a bus towards Ain Fezza (approx. 30-45 minutes, ~300 DZD). Inform the driver you're going to Beni Add Ain Fezza. From the Ain Fezza bus stop, walk towards the main road, then take a right onto a smaller path leading to the caves (approx. 15-20 minute walk).
