From there, it's approximately a 30-minute walk uphill to the sliding rocks. Bus fare is around 2.80 Tala. Remember to check the bus schedule for return times. The entrance fee to the rocks is 5 Tala per person.

The main slide is approximately 5 meters long, while smaller slides are available for those seeking a less intense experience. According to local legend, the main pool, Le Papa o Tuli, was a bathing place for Telesa, the protector spirit of the pools, and her companions. It's said that the spirits would sing and make noises while bathing, embodying the Samoan belief that good can come from unexpected places. Today, Telesa is a title given to the leader of Lepea's Women's and Young Ladies Committee.Visitors should wear sturdy water shoes for better grip on the slippery rocks and to protect their feet.
