Grandvalira: Premier Ski Destination in the Pyrenees
Experience the largest ski resort in the Pyrenees, offering slopes for all levels and a variety of winter activities in Andorra.
Grandvalira, established in 2003 through the merger of Pas de la Casa-Grau Roig and Soldeu-El Tarter, stands as the largest ski resort in the Pyrenees. Located in Andorra, it spans the parishes of Encamp and Canillo, offering a diverse winter playground. The resort boasts over 210 kilometers of marked slopes, catering to all skill levels with a mix of green, blue, red, and black runs. Grandvalira's high altitude, ranging from 1,710 to 2,640 meters, ensures excellent snow quality throughout the season. Modern infrastructure includes high-speed lifts, gondolas, and snow cannons covering a significant portion of the terrain. Beyond skiing and snowboarding, Grandvalira offers a range of activities, including snowparks, freeride areas, and family-friendly circuits. The resort also features excellent restaurants, ski schools, and après-ski options. Each of Grandvalira's seven sectors—Encamp, Canillo, El Tarter, Soldeu, Grau Roig, Pas de la Casa, and Peretol—has its unique character and attractions.
