Car
The Mirador Roc del Quer is located off the CS-240 road (Carretera del Coll d'Ordino), 6.5 km from Canillo. From Canillo, follow the CS-240 towards Ordino. The Mirador will be on your left, with a clearly marked parking area. Parking is free. From the parking lot, it's a short 400m walk to the viewpoint. Note that the road to the viewpoint involves switchback curves.

Public Transport
From Andorra la Vella, take bus line L3 or L4 towards Canillo. Get off at the Palau de Gel stop in Canillo. From there, transfer to the local bus that goes to the Roc del Quer (weekends and holidays only). Alternatively, take a taxi from Canillo (approximately €20-€30 each way). A combined ticket for the Vall del Riu Tibetan bridge costs €19, and includes the bus transfer from the center of Canillo, entrance to the bridge, entrance to the viewpoint, and the bus back to Canillo.
