Public Transport
From Toulouse, take a train to Porté-Puymorens station. From the station, it's approximately a 20-minute walk (1.6km) to the center of Porté-Puymorens. Alternatively, from the nearby town of Ur, a bus service connects to Porté-Puymorens, stopping at Castel Isard. A single bus ticket costs around €2. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the village center.
Driving
From Toulouse, take the A61 and N20 roads towards Foix and Ax-les-Thermes. Continue on the N20, passing through the Tunnel du Puymorens (toll applicable), towards Porté-Puymorens. From Perpignan, take the N116 through the Vallée de la Têt. Parking is available in the village, though it can be limited during peak season. Parking rates vary, but expect to pay around €5-€10 per day.
