Take a train from Paris to Toulouse, then to Porté-Puymorens. Alternatively, take a regional train (TER Occitanie) directly to Porté-Puymorens station. From the train station, a short walk or bus ride will take you to the resort. A bus is available from Ur to Porté-Puymorens, which departs twice daily and takes approximately 30 minutes.
