Hiking
From La Massana, take a local bus (M1-M4, €1.00) to Arinsal. From Arinsal, follow the GR11 trail towards Estany Negre. The hike is approximately 11.5 km and involves a significant elevation gain (1,050m), so allow around 5 hours for the round trip. The final part of the route is very rocky.
Public Transport & Hiking
From Andorra la Vella, take the L5 or L6 bus to La Massana (€4). From La Massana, transfer to a local bus (M1-M4, €1.00) to Arinsal. From Arinsal, follow the GR11 trail towards Estany Negre. The hike is approximately 11.5 km and involves a significant elevation gain (1,050m), so allow around 5 hours for the round trip. The final part of the route is very rocky.
