From a transport hub, take a Candongueiro or bus heading towards the city center. Get off near the Ministério da Justiça e dos Direitos Humanos and walk a few blocks to Rua Rainha Ginga. Bus fare is around AOA 150-200.

Taxi

Taxis are readily available in Luanda. You can hail a taxi from the street or use a ride-hailing app. Ask to be taken to Rua Rainha Ginga, number 147 in Ingombota. A short taxi ride within the city center may cost around AOA 5,260-19,006, but it's best to agree on the fare before starting the journey.
