If you are in the central area of Luanda, start at the Praça da Independência. Head south toward the Avenida 4 de Fevereiro and turn left. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Rua da Liberdade. Turn right and walk straight until you see the landmark 39FF+75W on your left. The destination will be visible from the street.
