From Tundavala Gap, head southeast on the main road towards Lubango. Continue on this road for approximately 30 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Cascata das Madres. Once you reach the vicinity of Pacaha, the road may narrow, so drive cautiously. Use GPS coordinates (-15.0755532, 13.5300936) for precise navigation. There is no entrance fee to access the waterfall area.

Public Transportation
From Tundavala Gap, you can take a shared taxi (known locally as 'taxi colectivo') to Lubango. Once in Lubango, find another shared taxi heading towards Pacaha. Inform the driver that you want to go to Cascata das Madres. It’s about a 20-minute drive from Lubango to the drop-off point. The cost for the taxi from Tundavala to Lubango is approximately 500 Kwanza, and from Lubango to Pacaha, it will be around 300 Kwanza. Be prepared to walk a short distance from the drop-off point to the waterfall.
