From Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport, a taxi is the most convenient way to reach Meads Bay Beach. Taxi stands are readily available outside the airport terminal. The ride to Meads Bay is approximately 20 minutes. A typical fare for two persons with two pieces of luggage from the airport to the Meads Bay area is approximately $26. Additional charges may include $5 for each extra passenger, $1 for each additional piece of baggage, and $4 for trips after 6 pm.

Rental Car
Renting a car offers flexibility in exploring Anguilla, including Meads Bay. Several car rental companies operate at the airport. To rent a car, you'll need a valid driver's license and US$28 to purchase a temporary Anguillian driver's license. Driving is on the left-hand side of the road. From the airport, follow the main road west towards the West End. Waze and other mobile navigation apps work well in Anguilla. Free parking is available at a large parking lot at the eastern end of Meads Bay Beach.
