5

Limestone Bay, a hidden gem on Anguilla's northern coast in Cedar Village, offers a serene escape with its pristine beauty and tranquil atmosphere. This half-mile stretch of powdery white sand meets crystal-clear turquoise waters, creating a picturesque setting for relaxation and recreation. The bay is known for its unique rock formations, which provide stunning views and are a favorite spot for photographers. The calm waters are perfect for swimming and sunbathing, while the vibrant marine life inhabiting the nearby coral reefs beckons snorkelers. However, snorkeling is recommended for strong swimmers only, as currents and rocks are present on both ends of the beach. Around the rocky areas, snorkelers can spot many fish and soft corals like gorgonians, sea rods, and sea fans. While Limestone Bay offers few amenities, public bathrooms are available. There are no restaurants directly on the beach, but several hotels and dining options are located within a short drive. Parking is free along the side of the road. Limestone Bay is also a nesting site for sea turtles and iguanas.
