Taxi
From Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport (AXA), a taxi is the most direct way to reach Violet Bay. Taxis are readily available outside the airport terminal. A typical fare for two people from the airport to the vicinity of Violet Bay is approximately $26. Additional charges may apply for extra passengers ($5 per person), luggage (over two pieces, $1 per piece), and travel after 6 PM ($4 extra). The ride takes about 20-25 minutes. Ask the driver to take you to the Unnamed Road near Stoney Ground; from there, it's a short walk to the bay.
Walking
If you are staying in Long Bay Village, a scenic walk along the beach and a short road walk can lead you to Violet Bay. Head towards Long Bay Beach and follow the shoreline to the left for about 15-20 minutes. You'll pass beach bars and resorts. Look for a small path leading up to the Unnamed Road, turn right, and walk for 5 minutes. Violet Bay will be on your right. This is a free and enjoyable way to reach the bay, offering beautiful views along the way.
