This includes art from South America, Eastern Europe, and various Asian countries, reflecting their personal taste and experiences. The menu at Hibernia is ever-evolving, incorporating fresh, local seafood and unique flavors inspired by the owners' travels. The restaurant prides itself on hand-made dishes, ensuring a memorable meal for every guest. The combination of culinary excellence and artistic beauty creates a harmonious and unforgettable dining experience. After 38 extraordinary years, Hibernia Restaurant closed its doors on May 18, 2025. However, the spirit of Hibernia lives on through Maison Hibernia, a boutique accommodation that offers the same care, warmth, and timeless charm that defined the restaurant.
