Driving
From the Valley, take the Long Road to East End for about 1 mile until you reach a sign for Palm Grove Restaurant. Follow the cliff dirt road east towards the beach. The road can be rocky, so SUVs are recommended but not required. There is no dedicated parking lot, so park along the roadside near the beach entrance. Parking is free.
Public Transportation
From Shoal Bay, find the nearest bus stop and take a bus heading towards The Valley. Inform the driver you wish to stop at Captain's Bay. The journey takes approximately 15-20 minutes and costs around $2-3 USD per person. Check the bus schedule, as services may vary.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available at the Blowing Point Ferry Terminal or Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport. A taxi ride from the airport to Captains Bay will cost approximately $26 USD for two people, with additional charges for extra passengers or luggage. Be sure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.
