Ferry
The primary way to reach Scilly Cay is by a short ferry ride from Island Harbour. Upon arrival in Island Harbour, head to the pier and look for the Scilly Cay sign. If the ferry isn't immediately visible, simply wave towards the island, and the boat will come to pick you up. The round-trip ferry costs US$5 per person, often included in your restaurant bill.
