Da'Vida is more than just a restaurant; it's an experience that captures the essence of Anguilla's culinary scene. Situated on the idyllic Crocus Bay, this gem invites visitors to indulge in its relaxed yet sophisticated ambiance. The restaurant boasts an impressive array of dishes, showcasing fresh seafood caught daily and locally sourced ingredients that highlight the flavors of the Caribbean. Guests can savor everything from grilled lobster to flavorful vegetarian options, all expertly crafted by talented chefs who prioritize quality and taste.Da'Vida is actually two restaurants: the casual-elegant main dining room, built above the beach with high-pitched ceilings and open on three sides, and the even more casual Bayside Bar & Grill, connected to Da'Vida by a walkway and set right on the breezy beach. The main restaurant serves upscale, thoughtfully sourced island-inspired dishes and local seafood, including Anguillian lobster and crayfish. The moderately priced Bayside Grill has some of the island's best barbecued ribs and chicken.Founded by the Lloyd family, Da'Vida is built on family land. The late David and Vida Lloyd started Anguilla's first hotel, Lloyd's Guest House, in 1959. Fifty years later, their son and daughter, David and Vida, opened Da'Vida. Their passion and purpose have turned this into one of the most exquisite restaurants Anguilla has to offer, set picture-perfect on one of the most serene bays.Whether stopping by for lunch or enjoying a romantic dinner at sunset, Da'Vida's atmosphere enhances the dining experience. In addition to its exceptional food, Da'Vida hosts regular events and live music nights, creating a lively social hub for both locals and tourists alike.
