From Charlotte Amalie, you can take a VITRAN bus towards the east end of the island. The bus fare is $1 per person. Check the VITRAN schedule for the most up-to-date timings, as services may be infrequent. Alight near Great Bay and walk to the Ritz Carlton. Note that dollar rides, a taxi/public transport hybrid, also operate in St. Thomas. These may be a cheaper alternative to taxis.
