Walking
From The Valley, start at the main road (The Valley Road). Walk towards the West End of the island. As you continue walking, keep an eye out for the signs directing you towards Sandy Ground Beach. After about a 15-20 minute walk, you will reach Sandy Ground. You will know you are close when you start to see the ocean on your right. Follow the path along the beach to enjoy the beautiful views.
