    From the center of English Harbour, Pigeon Point Beach is approximately a 20-minute walk (about 1 km). Follow the two asphalt streets leading from downtown English Harbour. The walk is somewhat hilly. There is no bus service to the beach.

    Taxis are readily available from V.C. Bird International Airport or the cruise ship port. A taxi to Pigeon Point Beach from the airport takes approximately 25-35 minutes, depending on traffic. The cost is approximately USD $92 for a roundtrip for 1-4 persons.

  • Car

    From St. John's, head southwest on High Street towards the Sir George Walter Highway (A1). Merge onto the A1 highway and continue for approximately 20 minutes. Look for signs directing you to Pigeon Point Beach. Turn left onto Pigeon Point Road and follow it until you reach the beach entrance. There is a free parking lot right next to the beach.
