Carpenter Rock Trail: Antigua's Coastal Hiking Gem

In 1781, it was renamed Fort Charlotte in honor of Queen Charlotte. The remains of the fort are part of Nelson's Dockyard National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The trail is maintained by The Royal Naval Tot Club of Antigua and Barbuda. They regularly cut back potentially hazardous pieces of acacia and cactus. White dots on rocks or stripes on trees mark the trail.
