Hiking
The most common way to reach Rendezvous Bay Beach is by hiking from Falmouth. From Falmouth, follow the road past Spring Hill Riding Stables. Continue uphill, and when the road inclines, take the next left. This will lead you down towards the beach. The hike takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Wear sturdy shoes and bring plenty of water. There are no fees associated with hiking to the beach.
Taxi
From St. John's, you can take a taxi to Falmouth. The taxi fare is approximately $24 USD (about 64 EC$) for up to 4 passengers. From Falmouth, you can either hike to Rendezvous Bay Beach (as described above) or arrange for a local driver to take you as far as possible along the rough road towards the beach. Be prepared for a bumpy ride! The taxi from Falmouth to the point where the road becomes impassable for regular vehicles will cost around $15-20 USD. From there, it's a short walk to the beach.
Boat
Alternatively, you can reach Rendezvous Bay Beach by boat. Several tour operators offer boat charters that include a stop at Rendezvous Bay. This is a more convenient option, especially if you're planning to visit other beaches along the coast. The cost of a boat charter varies depending on the duration and the number of people in your group, but expect to pay around $100-200 USD per person for a full-day excursion.
