After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you will come to the junction with Sir George Walter Highway. Turn left onto Sir George Walter Highway. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you see signs for Fort James. Follow the signs and walk up the road leading towards the fort. After approximately 5 minutes, you will arrive at Fort James, which will be on your left.

    From Dickenson Bay, walk to the nearest bus stop located along the main Dickenson Bay Road. You can take a local bus heading towards St. John's.
