From St. John's, take the #33 bus towards Glanvilles. Get off at the Vernons way stop, approximately 1 km from Stingray City. From there, it's a 15-20 minute walk to the marina. The bus ride takes approximately 45 minutes and costs around $2 East Caribbean Dollars (XCD).
