Start at the center of St. John's, near the Antigua and Barbuda Museum. Head south on Long Street towards the intersection with High Street. Continue straight onto Market Street, which will lead you through the bustling local market area. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the junction with Piccadilly Street. Turn left onto Piccadilly Street and continue walking for approximately 15 minutes. The Blockhouse will be located on your right. Look for the historical site marked by a small sign and enjoy the stunning views from the top.

From the central bus station in St. John's, board a minibus heading towards Piccadilly. It's important to check the destination with the driver to ensure it goes to your desired area. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at Piccadilly. Once you disembark, walk along Piccadilly Street for 5-10 minutes until you see The Blockhouse on your right.
