If you are traveling by car, head towards the RN40 (Ruta Nacional 40) road. The Quilmes Ruins are located approximately 3 km south of the town of Quilmes in Tucumán Province. From San Miguel de Tucumán, you can take RN9 and then merge onto RN40. The drive takes about 2 hours. Look for signs indicating 'Ruinas de Quilmes' as you approach the site. There is a parking area available near the entrance.

To reach Quilmes Ruins via public transportation, you can take a bus from San Miguel de Tucumán to the town of Quilmes. Buses depart frequently from the main bus terminal (Terminal de Ómnibus de Tucumán) and the fare is approximately ARS 150-250 (one way). Once you arrive in Quilmes, you can take a taxi or walk the 3 km to the ruins. It's advisable to confirm the bus schedule beforehand as it may vary.
