    From anywhere in downtown San Carlos de Bariloche, head towards the Centro Cívico. The museum is located in the east wing of the Civic Center, directly on the main plaza overlooking Nahuel Huapi Lake. The entrance is easily identifiable.

    Several local buses stop near the Centro Cívico. Look for buses with 'Centro' as part of their route. Alight at the Centro Cívico stop. Bus routes include the 10, 20, 21, 22, 30, 40, 41, 50, 51, 55, 60, 61, 70, 71, 72, 80, 81, 82 and 84. A single bus fare costs approximately 221 ARS, and payment is exclusively via the SUBE card, which can be purchased and recharged at kiosks in the city center. The SUBE office is located in the Civic Center.

    Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available in Bariloche. Request a ride to 'Centro Cívico, San Carlos de Bariloche'. From most central locations, the ride should take around 5-10 minutes. A short taxi ride within the city center typically costs between 4000-5000 ARS.
