From the Retiro train and bus terminal, Bike Explorer is a short walk away. After exiting the terminal, head east towards Av. Dr. Jose Maria Ramos Mejia. Turn right onto Arroyo street where Bike Explorer is located. A SUBE card is needed to use public transport. As of July 2025, the cost of a bus or train ride is around AR$757. Purchase and charge your SUBE card at the terminal.
Taxi/Ride Share
Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Cabify are readily available throughout Buenos Aires. A short taxi ride from a central location like Plaza de Mayo to Bike Explorer in Retiro will cost approximately AR$5,500 - AR$11,000. Be sure the driver uses the meter.
Walking
Bike Explorer is located in the Retiro neighborhood, which is easily walkable from many nearby attractions and hotels. From Plaza San Martin, walk 2 blocks north on Maipu, then turn right on Arenales. Walk 3 blocks east to reach Arroyo, turn right, and Bike Explorer will be on the right. There are no tolls or parking fees associated with walking.
