Buenos Aires: Porteño Fillet Class in San Telmo.

A relaxing and enjoyable art experience, even for non-speakers of Spanish

We had a lot of fun making a fileteado porteño sign on a metal plate. The brushes, paint and the metal “canvas” were all unusual to us, so we learned a lot. My 10-year old son and I were the only people in the class who didn’t speak Spanish. Still, we were able to successfully follow along and had no issues with this experience. The instructor was knowledgeable, supportive and patient. And she makes beautiful fileteado porteño signs herself that we were able to see. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys making art or participating in relaxing local activities.

Cinematic Photo Companion Experience in Buenos Aires

A different look at the city

An amazing experience from start to finish. Claudio has the talent to guide you through those corners that one often overlooks and show you his beauty through the lens. It’s not just a walk, it’s learning to interpret Buenos Aires from the light and visual narrative. We take much more than images; we take a totally renewed perspective on the city. Highly recommended for content and warmth!

Drawing the Human Body with Living Model - Obelisk Bs.As.

Finding the artist in me that I didn’t know I had

The gallery offers a wide range of painting and drawing events where even those with no artistic experience can create artwork. I had the experience of making a drawing of a live model having had absolutely zero history of drawing anything other than stick figures, and the experience was absolutely delightful. The gallery owner and model drew out the best in me, and my two hours were almost a spiritual experience watching how seemingly random lines and curves drawn by own hand could turn into a picture of a human being. The afternoon was one of my most memorable during my week in Buenos Aires.
