We had an excellent experience with Mendoza Customized Tours. From the beginning, Damián, the owner, was thoughtful, responsive, and very easy to coordinate with. The winery options included in the all-inclusive package were great, and it was clear that a lot of care went into planning the day. Our driver and guide, Diego, was punctual, warm, and very helpful throughout the day. He also shared interesting context about the areas we were driving through, which made the experience even better. He struck a really nice balance of being professional, personable, and informative, and he added a lot to the overall experience. We loved the mix of wineries. Every stop was excellent and the wines were delicious, but finishing at Lagarde was especially memorable. The lunch was incredible and the wine kept coming. We enjoyed every minute of it. Overall, we had a fantastic day. You can tell they put real thought and care into how these tours are organized. Thank you for such a great experience. Fue un gran aporte al día y realmente hizo que la experiencia fuera fantástica. La combinación de bodegas nos encantó. Todas fueron excelentes y los vinos, deliciosos, pero el cierre en Lagarde fue espectacular. El almuerzo fue increíble y el vino no dejó de fluir; lo disfrutamos muchísimo.
