Bodega Caelum, a family-run boutique winery, was established in the renowned Luján de Cuyo region of Mendoza. Founded by Mercedes Díaz in 1990, the estate planted its first vines in 1995. The modern winery opened in 2007, with the inaugural vintage in 2009 after years of cultivating grapes for other producers. Caelum blends tradition and innovation in its state-of-the-art cellar, using temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and French and American oak barrels.
