If you are starting from the El Calafate Bus Station, exit the station and head south on Av. del Libertador. Walk for about 20 minutes until you reach the intersection with Av. San Martín. Continue straight on Av. del Libertador for another 10 minutes. Plazoleta Héroes de Malvinas will be on your right at Av. del Libertador 1799-1849.
