If you are traveling by car, start from the main entrance of Iguazu National Park. Head south on Route 101 until you reach Avenida Victoria Aguirre. Turn left onto Avenida Victoria Aguirre and continue straight for about 8 km. This road will take you into Puerto Iguazú. As you approach the city, look for signs directing you to the center of Puerto Iguazú. Jardin de los Picaflores is located at Fray Luis Beltrán 150, which is just a short distance from the city center. You can park on the street near the entrance.

Public Transportation
If you prefer to use public transportation, take the bus from the Iguazu National Park entrance to Puerto Iguazú. Buses run frequently and the fare is around ARS 100. Once you arrive at the bus terminal in Puerto Iguazú, you can either walk to Jardin de los Picaflores or take a taxi. If walking, head south on Avenida Victoria Aguirre for about 1 km, then turn right onto Fray Luis Beltrán. The Jardin will be on your left. The whole trip should take about 30-40 minutes.
