Walking
Start from Plaza Moreno in the center of La Plata. Head south on Calle 12 until you reach Avenida 1. Turn left onto Avenida 1 and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle 50. Turn right onto Calle 50 and walk until you reach the intersection with Calle 3. The Piedra Fundacional is located on the northeast corner of this intersection, within the Parque Saavedra. It is a historical landmark marked by a large stone.
Public Transport
If you are near the La Plata Railway Station, take Bus Line 85 or 520 from the bus stop at the station. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop called 'Calle 50 y 3'. From there, walk east along Calle 50 for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the Piedra Fundacional located at the intersection with Calle 3, within Parque Saavedra.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the city center and head south along Calle 12. Turn left onto Avenida 1 and cycle until reaching Calle 50. Turn right and continue for a few blocks until you reach Calle 3. The Piedra Fundacional is located at the intersection of Calle 50 and Calle 3, within Parque Saavedra. There are bike racks available in the park where you can lock your bicycle.
